1. turn on gas tank
2. start iRobot and hist "Start"
3. demagnitize grid pickup nozzle
4. clamp grid tray in position
5. place EM holder on tray

Microscope

1. grease o-ring on holder
2. check beam
3. calibrate goniometer
4. center condensor aperture
5. remove objective apeture
6. insert camera
7. airlock toggle switch to "Robot"
8. move goniometer to "home" position
9. correct bright/dark field once a week
